We are a family business that is dedicated to helping clients establish their estate plans for their loved ones.

About Our Company

Plemons & Associates is a legal document service firm that provides estate planning documents for clients in San Diego, California and other areas nationwide. We started as a family business in 1975 under the leadership of Wayne Plemons. His daughter Jamie A. Plemons later joined the company in 1989.


Jamie began her career as a data entry specialist and then as paralegal working under the attorney’s direction and closely with the firm’s accountant. Later, she became a financial advisor and a CEP® Certified Estate Planner™,  which complimented her skills as an LDA. More recently she also attained her Certified Medicaid Planner™ designation. She works with a team comprising attorneys , financial advisors, and accountants.
